1-2-1 Coaching is a meeting of two people, a professional relationship based on trust, confidentiality and non-judgement and a personalised approach to learning, personal and professional development, wellbeing and change. 

 

Most of my coaching clients are high achievers striving for better balance in their busy lives or individuals seeking support during times of intense pressure, personal transitions, or professional changes. These challenges can mean different things to different people. ​

I offer initial consultations, single coaching sessions, and packages tailored to meet your unique

needs, preferences and situation.

Start your journey with a one-hour virtual consultation. In this session, we'll discuss your specific needs and desired outcomes, helping you to gain clarity on which aspects of your development and wellbeing matter most to you right now and what level of support you require. You'll have the opportunity to explore and experience how holistic and eclectic coaching works and to identify the next steps tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

- Initial 1-hour virtual consultation: £100

-Single 1-hour virtual follow-up session : £130

- Package One: £320

This includes 3 x 45-minute virtual sessions and a 15-minute follow-up call over the span of 6 weeks to 2 months

- Package 2: £560 (payment in two instalments available)

Choose either 6 x 45-minute virtual sessions or 4 x 1-hour sessions, along with a 30-minute follow-up call over 3 months

Experience the refreshing benefits of nature with our walk-and-talk sessions in one of London’s green spaces, or enjoy face-to-face sessions in SE1 & SW2 (subject to room availability). Please note that additional fees may apply for these options.

- Accessible Coaching Options I understand that for some, full price coaching will be inaccessible. If you are unemployed/between jobs, on a low income, or facing financial hardship, I offer a limited number of spaces at a reduced cost, subject to availability.
