A Bit About Anna

From a young age, her curiosity about people and the world led her to question why they think and behave the way they do. Although she initially aimed to study psychology, she ended up pursuing international relations.

Motivated by curiosity and a desire to learn English, she left her home country, Poland, and immigrated to London, where she has lived for the past 20 years and embracing a diverse environment, she is part of a multilingual and multicultural family.

Her professional career has primarily been in real estate, where she excelled as a sales negotiator, manager, and learning and development consultant. She has always believed that success in sales comes from understanding customers' specific needs and motivations.

Her core values include integrity, empathy, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to clients. She believes in building long-lasting relationships based on trust and understanding.

Uncovering Motivation and Inspiring Change: Anna's Journey into Human Behaviour

Transitioning into management and L&D, she continued to inquire and uncover what motivates individuals and teams to perform at their best. She discovered that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to motivation and performance, as every person and team is unique. However, she realised that certain attitudes and behaviors, both her own and those exhibited by others, especially leaders and managers, can either support or hinder performance. One crucial aspect she identified was the ability to manage and optimise pressure.

Through her personal experiences, she witnessed firsthand the impact of both insufficient and excessive pressure on well-being and engagement. These experiences led her to make the difficult decision of leaving the same company twice in search of a healthier work environment.

Volunteering in healthcare settings and working in vocational rehabilitation further deepened her understanding of human behavior and motivation. It became clear to her that individuals thrive at work when they have a balanced combination of pressure and supportive, collaborative, and inclusive leadership.

This recognition fuelled her passion for helping individuals and organisations learn and change. Driven by her desire to make a positive impact, she decided to pursue a degree in Coaching Behavioral Change Science. This educational journey equipped her with the knowledge and skills to effectively support individuals and organisations in their pursuit of growth and development.

Guiding High Performers towards Sustainable Success

Now, she facilitates deep learning, guiding individuals, teams, and organisations, predominantly high performers and often those from multicultural backgrounds, to explore the psychological and socio-cultural factors that influence behaviour. Her focus lies in developing behaviours that foster continuous learning, well-being, and highly sustainable performance in an ever-changing work landscape.

Being a nature lover and keen gardener, she prioritises sustainability and collaborates with a behavioural change and sustainability expert. Together, they bring a holistic approach to well-being and sustainability for companies, integrating environmental consciousness into their work.

Her work spans across international teams and high-pressure industries in various sectors.

Her ultimate goal and purpose are to make a positive impact by helping others thrive, supporting them in achieving their full potential and finding sustainable success.
