A Bit About Anna
From a young age, her curiosity about people and the world led her to question why they think and behave the way they do. Although she initially aimed to study psychology, she ended up pursuing international relations.

Motivated by curiosity and a desire to learn English, she left her home country, Poland, and immigrated to London, where she has lived for the past 20 years and embracing a diverse environment, she is part of a multilingual and multicultural family.
Her professional career has primarily been in real estate, where she excelled as a sales negotiator, manager, and learning and development consultant. She has always believed that success in sales comes from understanding customers' specific needs and motivations.
Her core values include integrity, empathy, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to clients. She believes in building long-lasting relationships based on trust and understanding.
Uncovering Motivation and Inspiring Change: Anna's Journey into Human Behaviour
Transitioning into management and L&D, she continued to inquire and uncover what motivates individuals and teams to perform at their best. She discovered that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to motivation and performance, as every person and team is unique. However, she realised that certain attitudes and behaviors, both her own and those exhibited by others, especially leaders and managers, can either support or hinder performance. One crucial aspect she identified was the ability to manage and optimise pressure.

Through her personal experiences, she witnessed firsthand the impact of both insufficient and excessive pressure on well-being and engagement. These experiences led her to make the difficult decision of leaving the same company twice in search of a healthier work environment.
Volunteering in healthcare settings and working in vocational rehabilitation further deepened her understanding of human behavior and motivation. It became clear to her that individuals thrive at work when they have a balanced combination of pressure and supportive, collaborative, and inclusive leadership.
This recognition fuelled her passion for helping individuals and organisations learn and change. Driven by her desire to make a positive impact, she decided to pursue a degree in Coaching Behavioral Change Science. This educational journey equipped her with the knowledge and skills to effectively support individuals and organisations in their pursuit of growth and development.
