Hello, I'm Anna Lubac,
The Founder of a Fresh View Consulting
I help individuals, teams and organisations drive sustainable performance (constant high performance over time whilst maintaining wellbeing and preventing ill health) through the applications of behavioural science - the science of human motivation and engagement.
Anna is a highly skilled and accomplished professional coach and learning, development and wellbeing consultant. She has 20 years of first-hand experience in front line sales, management, learning & development and consulting combined with advanced study in the neuroscience and psychology of behavioural change.
She transforms this unique perspective into delivering practical programmes in resilience, wellbeing and managing for optimum performance.
Her approach is evidence-based and engaging; producing long-lasting results for individuals and organisations. You will find her flexible, adaptable and positive, always bringing A FRESH VIEW to your challenges. There’s no “one size fits all” with Anna. Her programmes take into account what each person needs and how people learn best.
She works in local and global blue-chips, in public and third sector organisations and also for other consultancies and with private clients. Clients say Anna presents informative, thought-provoking and easy to digest messages in facilitated sessions, whether one-to-one or one-to-many. But, sharing what to do in workshops is only part of the picture. Anna can, equally well, coach people in how to execute change, build resilience and nurture wellbeing at personal and organisational levels.
She is committed to continuous professional development and ethical practice so that she can provide the highest quality service for her clients.
Her qualifications & credentials include:
MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change at the Henley Business School,
Certificate in Brain-Based Results Coaching from the Neuroleadership Group,
Certificate in Training Delivery and Primary Certificate in Stress Management.
She is accredited with European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) at Senior Practitioner level, holds a professional membership with International Stress Management Association (ISMA) and participates in regular coaching supervision.
Her academic research interest is on the subject of containing strong emotions in coaching and the role of emotions in deep transformative learning and change.
She works in collaboration with a range of HR, Learning & Development (L&D), Business Psychologists and Specialist Coaches. She also works as an associate coach and vocational rehabilitation consultant for Best Hopes Coaching and Consulting.
In her free time, she supports leaders, managers and clinicians through coaching at St Christopher's Hospice, London.
